Joey Pedone is a third-generation spirits industry professional. She launched TOSCHI Cordials (Fragoli, Nocello and Toschi Lemoncello) in the U.S., later expanding into Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and cruise lines.
In 2019 she founded CAYD CAP, a brokerage dedicated to growing emerging brands through national chain distribution and sales strategies. With a portfolio spanning 24 states and 24 chains, CAYD CAP has achieved more than 2,500 new points of distribution, driven by Joey’s passion for the spirits industry and commitment to brand growth.
