Joey Pedone, a third-generation spirits industry professional,
launched TOSCHI Cordials (Fragoli, Nocello, Toschi Lemoncello) in
the U.S., later expanding into Canada, Puerto Rico, the USVI, and
cruise lines. In 2019, she founded Cayd Cap, a brokerage dedicated
to growing emerging brands through national chain distribution
and sales strategies. Cayd Cap specializes in securing chain
placements, managing distributor relationships, and executing
in-store programs and marketing strategies. With a portfolio
spanning 24 states and 24 chains, Cayd Cap has achieved over
2,500 new points of distribution, driven by Joey's passion for the
spirits industry and commitment to brand growth.
